All our products are manufactured in the United States, except for the following products: Cranberry Concentrate 30,000mg + Vitamin C; Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil 2000mg; and Apple Cider Vinegar 1800mg — which are manufactured in the United Kingdom.

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. If you do receive an item(s) that is damaged, please contact us at info@naturestruth.co.uk – we will happily replace the item or offer you a full refund.

If you have received the incorrect item(s) in your order, please get in touch with us at info@naturestruth.co.uk – please include your order number so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

Your order may have been split and another parcel may be on its way to you. To find out if your order has been split into multiple parcels, visit My account > Orders.

All orders placed on our website before 2pm will be dispatched on that same day, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. Therefore, we cannot promise that any changes to your order can be made once the order has been purchased.

However, you have 30 days after delivery to return your items for a replacement or refund.
